Information and pricing for Peace Pups skijor lessons:
I offer skijoring lessons when snow conditions permit. As with the scooter lessons you have the option of using your own dog or one of mine. You must demonstrate at least intermediate cross country ski skills in order to participate in a skijor lesson. If you already skijor and want to go on a skijor trek we can do that as well. There are multiple options for trails in the area from back country adventures to local touring centers that are dog friendly. If you are a beginner and using your own dog I can help you get set up with the proper harness and lines to continue on your own.
All dog equipment provided, either bring your skis or call about rental options.
Prices:
One person, your dog $100.00 (+tax) for two hour lesson
Second person your dog $50.00 (+tax)
Our dogs add $25.00 per dog needed.
*All tours require a credit card
number or check deposit to secure your booking.
Tours are paid in full the day of your outing and may be paid by cash,
credit card or check (listed in order of preference).
*Cancellations less than 14 days prior
to your tour result in a 50% charge.
*A no show results in a 100% charge.
Please understand that we have a short season and a no show results
in a significant financial loss for us.
*Deposit may be used for a reschedule or
toward a gift certificate.
